recognises and rewards connectivity providers who have demonstrated exceptional performance and a strong commitment to customer service. Connectivity partners are companies that provide technological solutions that help properties manage their bookings and inventory across various channels, including Booking.com.
To belong to the exclusive list of
Booking.com Premier Partners, a Channel Manager must meet specific criteria, such as
system performance and reliability,
fast response times, and a
high level of customer satisfaction. Premier partners also have a
higher level of technological maturity, allowing them to offer services or additional resources that are not available to other connectivity providers.
